Welcome to Kōwhai Therapeutic Services! We offer in-person counselling in Wellington, as well as phone and online sessions across Aotearoa for your convenience.

If our full rate of $150/session does not seem feasible for you, we offer needs-based sliding scale therapy to ensure mental health support is available for all budgets. The sliding scale is based on experience. Please note that therapy rates are variable depending on the counsellor you get paired with.

We proudly accept Winz clients—just let us know during your initial consult. However, we are unable to process ACC claims at this time.
